The Summer Evening Harbour Tour has limited wheelchair accessibility. Wheelchair users are able to board and enjoy the cruise. However, not all areas of the ship are accessible by wheelchair.

During the 75-minute Rotterdam Harbour Tour, we work with an audio explication system on board. It is audible in Dutch, English, German and French. On paper, the explication is also available in Japanese, Chinese, Spanish and Italian.

For the Extended Harbour Cruise, the audio explication is audible in Dutch, English and German.

During the daytrips and theme cruises, the captain provides explanations in Dutch. There is no audio explication on board.

Please note: fake messages sometimes appear on social media from people claiming to sell tickets. Do not respond to these. This mainly happens with popular cruises, such as the Day trip Maasvlakte 2, the New Year’s Eve Cruise, and during the World Port Days.

Yes, that’s possible. If you have purchased an admission ticket online via Spido.nl, you can return your admission ticket. Make a request for this by telephone on 010-275 99 99. You will receive your purchase amount back (excluding booking costs). We can change sailing times for you free of charge.
Entrance tickets, for example Day trips or Theme trip tickets, can be canceled 5 working days before departure. You will receive your purchase amount back (excluding booking costs)
Tickets purchased through other channels cannot be returned by Spido.

With the Rotterdam pass you can not board directly. After making a reservation, you must go to the cash register to chip your Rotterdam pass.

If you have difficulty walking, we kindly ask you to indicate this in the comments field (when paying for the tickets), so that we can take this into account.

No, the high tea is not buffet style.

Allergies can be passed on up to 5 working days. After this we unfortunately cannot make any adjustments.

The Family ticket is available (2 adults & 2 children 4 to 11 years old) including a fun informative activity book for the kids.

Dogs are permitted on the 75 minute harbour tours, but must be kept on a lead.

On board it is possible to get refreshments.
Own consumption is not allowed. You can only use pins on board.

It is not possible to moor anywhere other than Willemsplein during a (regular) cruise. On occasions where you rent a complete ship, there are of course possibilities to moor elsewhere. Please contact the Events department on telephone number 010-2759989.

We advise you to buy the tickets online to avoid disappointments at the office.

All our modern tour ships are wheelchair friendly (max 200 kg) There are disabled toilets on board our ships. It is also possible to move to the outside deck. Unfortunately, the skydeck is not accessible for wheelchairs.

After making the reservation, you must go to the cash register to chip your Rotterdam pass.
So you cannot board immediately.

Dogs are allowed on the 75-minute Rotterdam harbor tour, provided they are kept on a leash. 

Dogs are not allowed on longer cruises.

There is ample paid car parking in the adjoining Erasmus Multi-storey car park.
Please be aware: payment for parking elsewhere can only occur via vehicle registration parking!
There is free parking for buses close to the departure points.

From Central Station:

– Tram 3, direction: Beverwaard, stop: Leuvehaven.
– Tram 5, direction: Carnisselande, stop: Leuvehaven.

Or take the Underground subway:
– Underground subway, route D, direction: de Akkers, stop: Leuvehaven.
– Underground subway, route E, direction: Slinge, stop: Leuvehaven.

From Leuvehaven it is a 5 minute walk to the Spido.
