Reservations for Rotterdam Pass holders are required.

Reservations can only be made online and not by phone or e-mail.

With the Rotterdam pass you can not board directly. After making a reservation, you must go to the cash register to chip your Rotterdam pass.

You are not allowed to consume your own food or beverage on board.

Both on board and at the cash register you can only pay by debit/credit card.

The Rotterdam pass is free once for the Rotterdam harbor tour 75 minutes.
Or in the months of July & August discount on the Extended harbor tour
Online reservation is required and you must scan your Rotterdam pass before boarding at the box office.

For the Rotterdam pass, a time slot must be reserved online in advance.
This is not possible by telephone.

1. Go to the website: www.spido.nl/en
2. Go to ‘View Tickets’.
3. Choose Rotterdampas online + enter number of people.
4. Select date and time.
5. Add to shopping cart.
6. Place order.
7. Fill in your name and address and click on confirm order.
8. Take your pass to the cash desk to have it chipped.
