During the 75-minute Rotterdam Harbour Tour, we work with an audio explication system on board. It is audible in Dutch, English, German and French. On paper, the explication is also available in Japanese, Chinese, Spanish and Italian.

For the Extended Harbour Cruise, the audio explication is audible in Dutch, English and German.

During the daytrips and theme cruises, the captain provides explanations in Dutch. There is no audio explication on board.

Yes, that’s possible. If you have purchased an admission ticket online via Spido.nl, you can return your admission ticket. Make a request for this by telephone on 010-275 99 99. You will receive your purchase amount back (excluding booking costs). We can change sailing times for you free of charge.
Entrance tickets, for example Day trips or Theme trip tickets, can be canceled 5 working days before departure. You will receive your purchase amount back (excluding booking costs)
Tickets purchased through other channels cannot be returned by Spido.

With the Rotterdam pass you can not board directly. After making a reservation, you must go to the cash register to chip your Rotterdam pass.

No, the high tea is not buffet style.

Catering on board is available and at your own expense unless otherwise indicated.

We sail the Rotterdam Harbour Tour (75 minutes) daily.

Given the crowds in the high season, we really recommend buying these online to avoid disappointment at the checkout.

You are not allowed to consume your own food or beverage on board.

There is catering on board. During the cruise, various hot and cold snacks are available on board. You can only pay with pin. View the menu during the cruises here. Own consumptions are not allowed.

Dogs are permitted on the 75 minute harbour tours, but must be kept on a lead. Reserve a ticket in advance a € 3.00 per dog. Assistance dogs (if demonstrable) are free at all times.

Both on board and at the cash register you can only pay by debit/credit card.

The Family ticket is available (2 adults & 2 children 4 to 11 years old) including a fun informative activity book for the kids.

Reservation necessary from 20 people. Please send an e-mail to reservations@spido.nl or by phone, not via our online ticket system. Lunch bags can be ordered for groups of 20 or more.

Parking
There is ample paid car parking in the adjoining Erasmus Multi-storey car park.
Please be aware: payment for parking elsewhere can only occur via vehicle registration parking!
There is free parking for buses close to the departure points.

From Central Station:

– Tram 7, direction: Willemsplein, stop: Willemsplein
Note: From the 1st of October to the 22nd of November tram 7 does not drive through the Van Vollenhovenstraat to Willemsplein, but through the Westzeedijk to Euromast / Erasmus MC. Expired stops: Westplein, Westkade, Willemsplein, Westerstraat. Take tram 23 (direction Beverwaard), tram 25 (direction Carnisselande) or tram 20 (direction Station Lombardijen) instead at get off at Leuvehaven. Or take the Underground subway:
– Underground subway, route D, direction: de Akkers, stop: Leuvehaven
– Underground subway, route E, direction: Slinge, stop: Leuvehaven

Coming from direction Dordrecht (A16)

Follow the A16 in the direction of Rotterdam.
Even before the Van Brienenoordbrug bridge, follow the signs ‘Centrum / Capelle a/d IJssel’ (exit 24 to 26).
Keep to the right and take the first exit after the bridge (exit 25), direction ‘Centrum’.
Turn left at the traffic lights (traffic circle 3/4).
Continue straight ahead along the Maasboulevard and Boompjes.

Coming from the direction of The Hague / Hoek van Holland (A13)

Follow the A20 in the direction of Utrecht. Then take the A16 in the direction of Dordrecht.
